What is your cancellation policy?We understand that plans change! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

What’s included in a deep clean?A deep clean includes everything in a standard cleaning plus extras like baseboards, inside appliances, light fixtures, and other neglected areas.

Do you clean inside ovens, fridges, or cabinets?Yes! Interior cleaning of appliances and cabinets can be added upon request. Let us know in advance so we can allocate enough time.

Do you offer Airbnb or short-term rental cleanings?Yes! We provide fast, detailed, and professional turnover cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rental properties.

How do you ensure hygiene with cleaning tools?We use fresh, sanitized cloths, and mop heads for each home to prevent cross-contamination.

Do you clean homes with pets?Yes! We love pets and use pet-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. We just ask that aggressive pets be secured during cleaning.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for deep cleans or weekends(on request). Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
